- Developed annual operating budgets and forecasts for manufacturing operations.

- Created product recall software to track the movement of materials and products through the supply chain to facility product recall.
Research and Development
- Created 50+ food formulations for the confection industry.
- Implemented the only commercial application of post-tempering in North America, resulting in a substantial increase in shelf life of chocolate-coated confections.
- Reformulated over 20 food items to eliminate trans fatty acids in foods.
